CashFusion

CashFusion is a privacy-enhancing algorithm designed to provide a higher degree of anonymity for cryptocurrency transactions, specifically those involving eCash (XEC). Developed as an improvement upon previous coin mixing protocols such as CoinJoin and CashShuffle, CashFusion offers a more advanced and sophisticated method of obfuscating transaction details, making it difficult for third parties to trace the origins and destinations of funds.

At its core, CashFusion operates by allowing multiple participants to combine their transactions into a single, large transaction. This process effectively "fuses" the inputs and outputs of each user, making it nearly impossible to determine which input corresponds to which output.

Users who wish to take part in a CashFusion transaction join a pool with other users. This pool of participants is randomly selected to ensure that the process remains as decentralized as possible. Each user submits their transaction details, including inputs and outputs, to the pool.

Once the pool is formed, a coordinating server compiles the inputs and outputs from all participants and constructs a single, large transaction. This transaction is then sent back to the participants for verification.

Participants verify that their inputs and outputs are included in the compiled transaction. If the transaction is accurate and the user is satisfied with the level of privacy provided, they sign their respective inputs using their private keys. The signed inputs are then sent back to the coordinating server.

When the coordinating server receives all the signed inputs from participants, the transaction is considered complete. The server then broadcasts the transaction to the Bitcoin Cash network for inclusion in a block. Once the transaction is confirmed, the fusion process is complete, and the participants' funds are effectively mixed.

By combining multiple transactions into one, it becomes much more challenging for third parties to link specific inputs to outputs, ultimately enhancing the anonymity of the transaction.
