Bitculator is a hobby project founded and maintained by 'cc': Christian Lauridsen
The development of Bitculator started on January 3rd, 2021 right after cc got laid off from a developer job during the height of the COVID pandemic, a few months later the first version was officially released.
Instead of building a typical portfolio site like most developers, i wanted to create something useful. Bitculator was a way to keep improving my skills while building something that i find interesting.
It’s still just a hobby project, built, maintained, and used by me. But over time, it has grown into a pretty useful platform with features like price tracking, interactive lists, advanced calculators, and more. It’s a mix of learning, tinkering, and solving my own problems.
