Bitculator is founded, built and maintained by 'cc': Christian Lauridsen
Development started on January 3rd, 2021, and the first version shipped a few months later. What began as a single price table has grown, release by release, into a full cryptocurrency market-data platform - now read in 19 languages.
Almost every part of the platform is built in-house: the market-data ingestion pipeline, the charting engine with its 90-indicator library, the analytics stack and the public Data API. Nothing here is a rented widget or an off-the-shelf dashboard, which is why the tools behave exactly the way traders need them to.
It is still run by one person, and that is deliberate - every feature ships because it earns its place, not because a roadmap demanded it. Price tracking, interactive market lists, advanced calculators, technical indicators, portfolio tracking and a developer API all live under one roof.
If you find it useful, that is exactly what it was built for. The core platform is free and stays free - optional memberships and the Data API cover the servers, the data feeds and the development time that keep it running and independent.
