Right of withdrawal

Withdraw from contract

As a consumer you can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Tell us which purchase, confirm, and we email you a receipt straight away.

Good to know

Subscriptions: you asked for the service to start right away, so you pay for the days used before you withdraw and get the rest back.
Bits and virtual items are delivered instantly. At checkout you agreed that the right of withdrawal ends on delivery, so they cannot be withdrawn afterwards.
Store goods: you have 14 days from delivery. Send the items back. You may handle them as you would in a shop, to check their nature, characteristics and how they work; you are only liable for any loss in value caused by handling them beyond that. We refund within 14 days of your withdrawal, but may wait until the items are back with us or you show proof that you sent them, whichever comes first.
Any refund goes to the payment method you used, within 14 days of your withdrawal.
