Bitrue fee structure

• Taker Fee: 0.098%–0.280% for standard spot trading, depending on the pair; generally 0.06% for futures.
• Maker Fee: 0.098%–0.280% for standard spot trading, depending on the pair; generally 0.02% for futures.
• Discounts: Users can receive a 20% discount on eligible trading fees by paying with BTR. Additional fee discounts are available through the Bitrue VIP program.

Bitrue has experienced security breaches, including approximately $4.2 million stolen in June 2019 and $23 million stolen in a hot-wallet exploit on April 14, 2023. Bitrue advertises security measures including two-factor authentication (2FA) and multisignature cold-wallet storage. Do not treat these safeguards as a guarantee of fund safety. Regulatory authorization also requires careful consideration: on October 8, 2025, the Seychelles Financial Services Authority stated that the operator of Bitrue had no authorization to provide virtual asset services in or from Seychelles. The Bitrue terms of use also exclude users in the United States. Verify local authorization and eligibility before depositing funds with Bitrue.
