Injective

Injective Protocol was founded by Eric Chen and Albert Chon. Before founding Injective, Eric Chen was active in the field of cryptographic research and investments, while Albert Chon brought his experience in blockchain and software development to the project. The project raised funds through an IEO raising $3.6 million at a price of $0.4 per INJ. A significant milestone was the mainnet launch in 2021, which marked the protocol's full transition from a testnet to an operational mainnet.

Injective uses a Tendermint Proof-of-Stake (PoS) consensus mechanism to secure its network while providing fast and efficient transaction processing. The chain is able to handle up to 30 transactions per second. Injective's architecture is optimized for interoperability, with cross-chain capabilities allowing for easy interaction with various blockchains.
