Nightly was created by a by a team of experienced Web3 degens. While not backed by a major corporation like some other wallets, the team is active in the blockchain space and has established partnerships across ecosystems like Solana, NEAR, and Aptos.

There is no company or headquarters tied to the Nightly Wallet.

Nightly is available as a browser extension and mobile app, allowing users to interact with decentralized applications (dApps) across supported networks. Nightly generates private keys locally on the user’s device, protects them with a password and seed phrase, and enables signing of transactions directly through the wallet interface.

The initial release of Nightly was December 19 2024.
