OISY is non-custodial and closed source. OISY uses end-to-end encryption, biometric authentication, and storage of private keys. No major hacks, exploits, or criminal charges are associated with OISY.

OISY was created by DFINITY Foundation.

The foundation behind OISY, DFINITY Foundation, is headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland.

OISY allows users to create and manage wallets using OISY mobile app. OISY stores private keys locally on the device, uses biometrics for authentication, and connects directly to multiple blockchains for asset management, swaps, and DeFi interactions.

OISY was launched February 27, 2025.
