Tangem Ring

Tangem Ring is non-custodial and has not experienced any major scandals, hacks, or criminal charges. Tangem Ring uses a CC EAL6+ certified secure element, non-upgradable firmware, and is independently audited.

Tangem Ring is created by Tangem AG, a company co-founded by Andrew Pantyukhin, and Andrey Kurennykh.

Tangem, the company behind Tangem Ring, is headquartered in Zug, Switzerland. Tangem Ring has not undergone any rebranding.

Tangem Ring is a wearable hardware wallet in ring form that communicates via NFC with a mobile app. Tangem Ring generates private keys within its secure element and stores them across the ring and two backup cards. Transactions are signed by tapping the ring on a smartphone and confirmed through the app.

Tangem Ring launched on July 17, 2024.
